Terms of Use
For Invaders (working title). Last updated 11 October 2026.
These terms apply when you download or play Invaders, a game made by Duke Street Interactive, the games division of Duke Street Media. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play the game.
The test version
Invaders is currently in testing. That means:
- features, levels and balance may change, and some content may be unfinished;
- you may meet bugs, and in rare cases saved progress may be reset between versions;
- we may end the test, or stop a version working, at any time.
Feedback is very welcome. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything for them.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game on your own devices. Please don't:
- copy, sell or redistribute the game or its artwork, music or code;
- modify, hack or reverse-engineer it, or use cheats that change how it works;
- use it for anything unlawful.
In-game items
Items earned in the game, such as scrap, are part of the game only. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may change or be reset during testing.
Adverts and the ad-free version
The test version has no adverts and no purchases. The full version will show adverts, which you'll be able to remove with a one-off purchase of £2.99 through Google Play. That purchase will be linked to your Google account, and payments, refunds and cancellations will be handled by Google Play under its own terms. We'll update these terms before the full version is released.
Ownership
The game and everything in it belong to Duke Street Media (trading as Duke Street Interactive) or the people who have licensed material to us. These terms don't give you any ownership rights.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what information the game collects and the choices you have.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the test version as it is and can't promise it will always work without problems. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability for anything that can't legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the game leaves testing. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the game about important changes.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
